My MS office suddenly became 'Unlicensed Product' after several months of use on laptop with MS office pre-installed. I purchased my Lenovo laptop in October 2020 at a local mall. It came with MS office and some other apps pre-installed. The store didn't provide a product key or anything for MS office, I just opened my computer and it was there. I also have two office 2019 product keys, one for Professional Plus and the other for Home and Business. I have installed Professional plus and activated it on one of laptops without any issue. When it comes to Home and Business 2019 on my other laptop, I have registered the product key against my microsoft account and installed it on my other When I open any Office component>File>Account, product info shows Product Activated Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. I already tried changing the license from here but it didn't work. The About section shows Version 2007 (Build 13029.20344 Click to Run) Current Channel.
